That We Might Know The Lord In Judgement and Hope – Wrath against Jerusalem

Last week we saw that God’s patience had run out. Ezekiel was being commissioned as prophet of doom and gloom. Well, that doom and gloom is here.

And it is perhaps more worse and more destructive than first imagined.

Yet, we must persevere in reading, understanding, and embracing these deep and difficult-to-swallow chapters because without understanding the matchless holiness and terrifying judgement of God we will never truly comprehend how expansively great and profoundly deep is the work of Christ on the cross.
