Revelation 18 gave us the perspective of earth, seeing the Prostitute, the great city of Babylon fallen, seeing the lovers of the Prostitute in mournful lament. Revelation 19 gives us the perspective of heaven. The voices from heaven cry out in praise of God’s judgement of the Prostitute and God’s blessing to the coming marriage between the Bride and the Lamb. The vision from heaven shows Jesus as all-conquering King who conquers the Beast and all aligned to it. In response to the voice and vision, all are called to join the praise of heaven, to accept the invitation to come to the marriage supper of the Lamb, and to worship and trust Jesus, the King who conquers and condemns all who oppose Him.
