We’re right in the middle of O-week for many of the students going into university this year. In a matter of days, you will begin university proper (some of you for the first time!).
As you begin your academic year (and with it academic things like timetables and electives and assignments and exams), why not also take this opportunity to kick-start your ‘spiritual’ year? Why not begin this semester by committing yourself to a fellowship and bible study group? Or at least coming along to visit and checking out what it’s all about?
This Saturday the Youth Fellowship (YF) is having a ‘High Tea’ for just this very purpose. It’s a chance to kick start the year, to think through how we can grow as Christians, to nurture our faith, and to do it in fellowship with others in the same (or similar) phase of life. Come along to find out what YF is all about. Come and meet other students (and a few graduates now in the workforce). Come enjoy some fellowship and food!
