Over Christmas Pastor Ben and Pastor Steven will be taking us through some of the ‘songs’ heralding the arrival of our Lord Jesus in the Gospel of Luke. The first message will focus on Mary’s song of praise (known as ‘The Magnificat’) in Luke 1:39-55. The second ‘song’ comes from the lips of the father of John the Baptist, Zechariah, in Luke 1:56-80. The third song is sung by the angels in Luke 2:1-20, and the final song is sung by Simeon in Luke 2:21-38 – a man faithfully waiting to see the arrival of his Saviour.

These sermons will present us with a great opportunity to invite friends to church to hear the gospel and encourage us to fondly remember the greatest reason to celebrate this season.
