Current Series: Steadfast

Paul’s second letter to the Thessalonians provides a timely word of encouragement to a church community enduring persecution for their faith. Facing pressure from both outside and within the church, Paul’s words lift their eyes (and ours) to the realities of their future in Christ. The life of faith may be filled with suffering now, but eternity and glory awaits. Therefore, Paul prays for Christians to remain steadfast in their faith as their hearts are lifted to the steadfastness of Jesus.

Kingdom Prayer Group

As part of SLE Church's initiative: SCOPE, this is a Country Focused Prayer Group specifically for an undisclosed nation in South East Asia. The aim is to grow awareness of and involvement in meeting the needs of this country, through gatherings filled with good food, conversations, songs of praise and most importantly, prayer.
